Summary

Payout availability depends on several factors such as the country you’re operating in, and the risks involved. Generally, our payouts operate on a 2-business day funding schedule, although it may be longer in some countries. See the individual country descriptions below.

Batch Cut-Off

With Adyen, we control the Batch Time. This allows us to customize it to each merchant’s time zone. This lets us batch funds at midnight wherever the merchant is located. When a batch occurs all the funds are then set aside to be paid out. This helps with reconciliation because it means the transactions should generally reconcile with the POS daily reporting.

Payout Schedule

The payout schedule depends on your country and whether your business operates in a higher-risk industry. Generally, if you are in the U.S. or Canada, you should expect to receive your funds within 2 business days with the batch closing at midnight in your local time-zone. One-business day funding may be available upon request with the same midnight batch time.
