Process

To be able to preform this process your user ID will need to have the Onboarding Manager role assigned to it.

On the profile page in the upper right corner of the scree you will find an ellipsis (three dots). That is known as the Action Menu, and is only available to those that have access to the full information on the profile page.

In the Action Menu you will find the selection to migrate an account to a different Brand:

Selecting this function will cause a popup menu to populate where you will select the brand that you and the Merchant want to migrate this account to.

The Brand is a drop[ down menu to select the new brand, the Account name, and External Account ID are required fields, the SF Opportunity ID is not a required field.

Once you click the Save Changes button it will take a few seconds to save and update all the information.

When the account is successfully migrated to a different brand, the splash screen on the terminals will update to the new brands splash screen and the branding in the portal will also update to the new brand’s labeling.

Notes:

currently only able to migrate an account that has no payments or payouts. Working on making this reliable for all accounts regardless of the payment and payouts.
