For all Processing partners ensure you update the EBT field in SF once you have submitted their EBT request. You will receive a reminder to check their EBT status after 72 hours.

Once confirmed EBT has been added update the status to Activated.

Priority:

1.) Email EU this Form and request copy of Driver's License. Pricing is already on document.

• Send them their MID or add it to the form before emailing customer.
  • “Please fill out the attached form and send it back with a copy of your driver's license. Your Merchant ID number(MID) is xxxxxxxxx. Thank you!”

2.) Once received and confirmed that all necessary fields are filled out (see below), email to Priority IS Support <[email protected]>

• 3-5 business days is ETA for service to be added.

WorldPay:

1.) Request a copy of their SNAP Permit

2.) Login to IQ Portal to verify the information on the Snap Permit matches the merchants listed address and business name according to IQ Portal Service Center. Login will be custom for you.

• Enter their MID (Found in SF Merchant Services section, make sure you pull MID attached to correct processor as some accounts have multiple MIDs with different partners)

• All location information, legal business name, and DBA information is listed in the Business information section.
