Quilt PayFac
Quilt offers two types of chargeback management options:
1. Self-Service Option
- Merchants manage their own chargebacks through the Disputes page on Payment Portal
- $15 fee per chargeback instance
- Email notifications sent when:
- A dispute is received
- Evidence is uploaded
- Final decision is made
- All dispute details viewable on Disputes page in Payment Portal

2. Managed Service Option
- Flat rate of $19 per month
- All standard chargeback fees waived
- Quilt team handles 100% of chargeback responses
- No merchant action required (Some documentation submitted by the merchant is required TBD)
- Available for:
- DiveShop 360
- Like Sew
- Other brands (coming April 2025)
- Currently supported on Adyen (Stripe support coming April 2025)

Note: Managed Service is only available for cloud-based software solutions. On-premise POS systems are not eligible.

Till
Till Chargebacks are handed independently by the merchant and Till, However we can confirm if a chargeback has occurred and, the status of a merchants chargeback within their portal.
- Merchant should receive an email regarding the chargeback notice
- Details and evidence to support validity of the charge can be filed by the merchant via the link on the email.
