Summary

This list of errors is meant to be a complete list of all potential errors that may appear in the custom onboarding application or when updating information on the profile page for a merchant account. The list will give an explanation of why the error is populating, the next steps to take to correct the error and any documentation that may be needed.

The range of error codes are divided into the types of check:

• 1_1xxx: General issues
• 1_3xxx: Issues with the individual check
• 1_5xxx: Issues with the organization check
• 1_6xxx: Issues with the legal arrangement check
• 1_7xxx: Issues with the bank account check
• 1_8xxx: Issues with the proof of signatory check
• 1_9xxx: Issues with the business line check
