This dashboard identifies cases that are not assigned to the correct owner. The report uses filters to match valid case owners. If a case appears here, it means the current owner does not match any approved names in the Application or Hardware teams.

• Reassign the case:
  • Review the case and determine whether it belongs to the Application or Hardware team.
  • Assign the case to the correct individual on the appropriate team.

Every case that appears here must be updated—there are no exceptions.
