Kick-Off Call

The Kick-Off call should be set by a member of the Quilt Payments team with stakeholders from your company to establish key metrics like: timelines, feature requirements, available resources, and other important details to ensure a smooth launch.

Payment Portal

The first step to integrating the PayFac is to create and log into the Payment Portal. Follow the steps below to complete the Payment Portal piece.

1. Create white-labeled payment portal
2. Add new users (developers & administrators)
3. Fill out the Platform and Branding pages
4. Enable and configure relevant feature flags
5. Create first test account via API

Development of Core Features (MVP)

As part of the Kick-Off Call, core features and requirements should have been identified. Additionally the following items should be completed:

• QA assessment (test)
• Create Live Adyen merchant
  • Once you have completed the QA assessment document with your test environment, a member of the Quilt Payments team will create a production account which will be tested against as well.
• Once development has been completed, a meeting will be scheduled by ‣ with our architects to sign off on the build.

Beta & Clean Up

Getting live early adopters is the final product/development item of this project. A complete beta should meet the following conditions:

• 2-4 merchants actively processing
• Beta program until one or more of the following conditions were met:

  • 10 transactions each day for two weeks

  • $10,000 in sales
