✨ Follow these steps to set up DiveShop360 payments using the P5 Terminal.
Step 1: Terminal Setup
- Power On Terminals:
- Connect the terminals to WiFi.
- Retrieve the pairing code from the terminal.
- Add Terminal in Payment Portal:
- In the payment portal, go to Profile and click Add Terminal.
- Select the terminal type (usually P5).
- Enter a name for the device and the pairing code.
Step 2: DiveShop360 Setup
- Navigate to Xpanel:
- Go to:
- Log in using your unique credentials.
- Find Customer’s Store:
- Click the Store Name field.
- Search for the customer’s store name.
- Click the folder icon 📂 to enter the customer’s dashboard.
- Access Payment Settings:
- In the URL, replace /point_of_sale with /settings/360payments/.
- From the 360 Payments dropdown, select Adyen.
- Enable 360 Payments:
- Note the current processing status.
- Click 360 Payments, then toggle to ON.
- Select Yes under “Do you already have an Adyen Account?”.
- Enter the 360 Payments ID (External Account ID) from the Payment Portal.
- Click Link Account.
- Ensure the Location ID matches the one on the Payment Portal.
- *If not pairing hardware, toggle the following setting to ON: "Set manual entry as default”
Step 3: Run a Test Transaction
- Run Test Transaction:
- Have the client run a test transaction from the register.
- Click one of the quick add products/services.
- Select the terminal by name and click PAY & COMPLETE.
