✨ Follow these steps to set up FrameReady payments using the P5 Terminal.

First Things First

• Plug in the P5: Connect the P5 to a wall socket or power strip.
• Prepare the Device: Remove any stickers and insert receipt paper.
• Check FrameReady Version: Ensure the FrameReady version is 14.2 or newer.

Step 1: Log in to FrameReady

• Open FrameReady and log in with the admin account:
  • Username: Admin
  • Password: %y^h&n
• Navigate to:Setup Data > Fiscal Tab.
• Select FrameReady Payments under Payment Processing Integration.
• Click FrameReady Payments Integration Settings to open the Integrations Window.

Step 2: Configure Integrations in FrameReady

• In the Integrations Window:
  • Enter the following details from the payment portal:
    • Account ID
    • Client’s Email Address
    • Client’s Password
  • Click Connect to FrameReady Payments.
  • Confirm it shows Connected.

Step 3: Set Up the P5 Terminal

• Power On: Turn on the P5 terminal and ensure it’s charged above 30%.
• Access Settings:
  • Swipe up to the home page (mountain sunset scene).
  • Swipe up again to access the app list, then go to Settings.
• Adjust Date and Time:
  • Go to Settings > System > Date and Time.
  • Turn off Use Network Provided… options.
  • Set the correct Time Zone, Date, and Time.
  • Turn Use Network Provided… options back on.
