🟢 1. Pair the P5 Terminals in PayFac

(Always do this first)

• Pair all P5 card readers in the merchant’s PayFac account under Terminals using the 6-digit pairing code.

✔ One P5 per workstation.

🧩 2. Connect to the Merchant’s Computer (ScreenConnect)

You will need access to the merchant’s POS computer.

🔗 Standard Method

• Go to ScreenConnect
• Click Access
• Search using the merchant’s account name (from Salesforce)

🔄 If the Computer Does Not Appear

• Use the temporary connection guide:

Once connected, continue inside IT Retail.

1. Open IT Retail / MrketPOS
2. Click Setup
3. Select Payment Setup
4. Choose PayFac Payments
