🛟 LifeSaver Cloud – P5 Troubleshooting Guide
Use this when a merchant on LifeSaver Cloud POS is having issues processing payments with a P5 terminal.
This assumes the General Troubleshooting section has already been completed.
✅ 1. Pre-Checks
Verify with the merchant:
- They are using LifeSaver Cloud (not desktop)
- Merchant Processor is set to LifeSaver Payments
- At least one P5 terminal exists in the Payment Portal
- The P5 has stable Internet/WiFi
If anything is incorrect → fix before moving on.
🧩 2. Confirm Merchant Processor Setting
Ask the merchant to:
- Log in to LifeSaver Cloud POS
- Go to Store Configuration → Credit Card Processor
- Ensure:
- Merchant Processor = LifeSaver Payments
- The Account Name field is not empty
If Merchant Processor is wrong → have them switch it and Save.
If correct → continue.
