✨ Guide the merchant to set up LifeSaver Cloud with these steps.
Step 1: Pair a P5 Terminal
- In the Payment Portal, go to the customer’s account Profile.
- Under Terminals, click Add Terminal.
- Select P5 as the terminal type.
- Enter:
- Name for the terminal (e.g., "Main Register").
- Pairing Code (from the P5 terminal).
- Click Save.
- Repeat for additional terminals if needed.
Step 2: Guide the Merchant to Link Payment Account to LifeSaver Cloud POS
- Instruct the merchant to log in to their LifeSaver Cloud Account at https://lsscloud.com/Account/Login
- Guide them to go to Store Configuration > Credit Card Processor.
- Have them set Merchant Processor to LifeSaver Payments.
- In the Account Name field, they need to enter the External Account ID (LifeSaver ID) from the Payment Portal.
- ⚠️ Ask the merchant to double-check the External Account ID in the Payment Portal under Merchant List or Account (top right).
- Under Terminals, have them add terminal details:
- Terminal Name and Terminal ID (found in Payment Portal under Profile > Terminals).
- Tell them to click Add Terminal for each terminal.
- Once all terminals are added, have them click Save.
