Step 1: Pair a P5 Terminal

• In the Payment Portal, go to the customer’s account Profile.
• Under Terminals, click Add Terminal.
• Select P5 as the terminal type.
• Enter:
  • Name for the terminal (e.g., "Main Register").
  • Pairing Code (from the P5 terminal).
• Click Save.
• Repeat for additional terminals if needed.

Step 2: Guide the Merchant to Link Payment Account to LifeSaver Cloud POS

• Instruct the merchant to log in to their LifeSaver Cloud Account at https://lsscloud.com/Account/Login
• Guide them to go to Store Configuration > Credit Card Processor.
• Have them set Merchant Processor to LifeSaver Payments.
• In the Account Name field, they need to enter the External Account ID (LifeSaver ID) from the Payment Portal.
  • ⚠️ Ask the merchant to double-check the External Account ID in the Payment Portal under Merchant List or Account (top right).
• Under Terminals, have them add terminal details:
  • Terminal Name and Terminal ID (found in Payment Portal under Profile > Terminals).
• Tell them to click Add Terminal for each terminal.
• Once all terminals are added, have them click Save.
