      2. Username is personal to each merchant
      3. Tip: If a merchant reports their password being erased during login attempts, they are likely pressing Enter after entering their credentials. Ask them to click the login button instead. Note: This issue is pending a developer fix.
    2. Password Reset Steps
      1. Log into PayFac Portal
      2. Search for merchant by business name or MID
      3. Click on account name hyperlink
      4. Click Account > Manage Users
      5. Show Password Reset Link
      6. Merchants can also click "Forgot Password" on the login page. They will need their login email address. This self-service option is often faster than requesting a password reset link.
  2. Ziosk/Till Portal

      1. To request support, email [email protected] with:
        1. Customer Email
        2. Merchant ID Number (MID)
        3. First and Last Name of Customer Contact
        4. Time Zone for Business Location

      1. Direct merchant to contact WorldPay IQ Support: 800-472-3164
      2. Note: We cannot directly reset passwords for WorldPay merchants

      2. MXConnect is our internal portal—please direct merchants to https://MXMerchant.com
    2. Password Reset Steps
      1. Log into MX Connect Portal
      2. Search for merchant MID
      3. Click "Go to Merchant"
      4. Select MX Merchant Tab
      5. Click Users Tab
      6. Click on user's email address
      7. Click mail/airplane icon to send reset email
      8. Inform the merchant that the password reset email may take 2-3 minutes to arrive. If they mention needing statements, let them know you'll provide a picture guide showing how to access them.
    3. Important Notes
      1. Check that account is unlocked (lock icon must show unlocked)
      2. If locked, click lock icon to unlock account
