Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to help protect your account and sensitive data. It requires verifying identity using two or more methods such as an app on your phone or a text (SMS) message sent to your phone at the time of logging in. This significantly improves protection against unauthorized access and digital threats.
MFA will authenticate once every 12 hours unless you switch devices or change internet browsers then it will prompt for the authentication again.
When you login to the Payment Portal Dashboard for the first time, a page will open asking you to set up the MFA on your account.
Choose between using an authentication app (Like Microsoft Authenticator) or SMS text message (Message rates may apply).
