In order to complete your PCI compliance survey please log into your MX Merchant account.

I attached instructions on how to access the survey through the portal. If you have any questions navigating the portal or activating your merchant ID in the portal please contact Priority at 877-515-6464.

I also attached an answer key to assist you with completing the survey. If you have any questions while completing the survey please contact the PCI Help Line at 888-543-4743. Please note- the PCI Help Line will not be able to assist until you've activated your merchant ID in the portal.

Merchants will have to contact this number if they are needing assistance with PCI Compliance. WorldPay also offers an advanced version of PCI Compliance called SaferPayments Managed as opposed to Basic if they need it.
