To enable Pin Debit for a merchant:

  1. Navigate to the merchant's Profile Page in PayFac Portal
  2. Enable Pin Debit feature (similar to enabling Tips or Donations)

Note: Pin Debit is currently only available for specific brands

Till Payments

To set up Pin Debit on Till:

  1. Using the partner outreach Gmail account. ([email protected])
  2. Send an email to [email protected]
    1. Subject - [Merchant ID] - Pin Debit Enablement
    2. Request Pin Debt be enabled on merchant account

Worldpay

For Worldpay merchants, Pin Debit setup varies by software integration:
