1.) Login to MX Connect Portal
Username: [email protected] Password: Charlotte123456789!
2.) Click on QuickApp in the top left and select the pricing structure that best matches the pricing structure for the Opportunity Details in SF. (Payments Onboarding Case Type - left side). Click Launch Application.
3.) Enter the Merchants Location Name, occasionally an address that matches will pull up. If so, click on that.
4.) Click on the Location tab and enter in the business address, Market Segment and Industry type.
5.) Click on the Products tab. Click Configure on TSYS.
6.) Verify that the pricing in the template matches the pricing in the SalesForce Opportunity Details.
7.) Click the back arrow out of TSYS and click on the Delivery section. Enter the customer email address and cc: [email protected] . Click Send on the bottom right.
NOTE: The customer will fill out the sections we did not touch. The only sections that truly must be filled out by us are Location Name and Email.
8.) Go back to the Payments Onboarding case type and fill out the below fields.
