‼️ Merchant Disclaimer ‼️

Pushing updates to the device can take extended periods of time depending on the merchant’s network environment such as signal strength, distance from their router, and internet speed. Additionally, updates can corrupt the device if their device loses connection or the battery dies mid-install. Before pushing any updates it is best practice to ensure the following three conditions are always met:

  1. The device is turned on
  2. The device is connected to a stable internet connection
  3. The device is plugged into a wall outlet and they can confirm the charging icon is visible (Plugging the device into a computer for charging will not suffice and should be discouraged)
