π If Transactions Donβt Appear in PayFac + No Error on P5
π Restart the P5
- Restart terminal
- Open Payments App
- Try a test transaction
- Check PayFac
If still nothing β continue below.
ποΈ Remove & Re-Pair the P5 in Rain
π§Ή Step 1: Remove the Device in Rain Admin
- Have the merchant log in to their Point of Sale
- Click your username β Settings

- Go to Integrations β Rain

- Click ποΈ next to the broken terminal to remove it
