If you are unsure about which type of VAR is needed, still include all of the above information that you do know and notate in the request anything that you are unsure about to ensure collaboration for a correct setup.

For BottlePOS Brand Accounts:
1.) Login to MX Connect Portal
Username: [email protected] Password: Charlotte12345!
2.) If you know the MID you can search the MID (Existing accounts typically). For newly approved accounts go to Clients and search the business name. Note: Clients will automatically sort by most recently signed date.

3.) The TSYS Account number is the MID we use in SalesForce and to identify specific accounts. If the MID is not in SF already add it under the Merchant Services section on Account Details.
4.) Once you have copied the MID, email our partner at [email protected] using the below template -
Subject: (MID Number)
“Hello,
Please send me (x lane count) VARs.
Thank you!”
5.) Once we receive the VAR on our case list attach the VAR to the account and close the case.
6.) Go to the Payments Onboarding case type and fill out the below fields (For newly approved accounts).

For ITRetail/MarktPOS and Comcash Brand Accounts:
1.) Go to Business Account Page in SalesForce
2.) Check Lane Count and Software
3.) Go to DataCap Activate Request Page.
4.) Fill out the below information on the Request Page and then click Submit.


5.) After approx. 2-3 business day’s you should get a case that looks as follow - Case Subject will be “Datacap Order Approval Request” - Attach this case to the Business in SalesForce.

6.) Check Lane Count and Software in SalesForce
