1.) Login to MX Connect Portal
Username: [email protected] Password: PaymentSupport123!
2.) Click on Merchant dropdown, and then click Applications.

3.) Search for Business name, or keyword of Business name.

4.) Click anywhere in the white space of the merchants name, this will highlight the merchant application without clicking in. It will turn blue when you’ve successfully click on it.

5.) Click the 3 dots in the top right, and hit resend MFA. The application has now been resent.

1.) Login to IQ Portal
2.) Click on the Partner Dropdown and click on Launchpad

3.) This will open a new tab, make sure pop ups are not blocked on your computer. Click on Crimson Solutions LLC (10031)

4.) This will load your dashboard. Click on Leads List, to the left of the dashboard screen.

5.) Check filters to ensure the date range is correct, hit apply if any changes are necessary, and then search by company name.

6.) Click on the 3 circles next to the merchant name and click resend application.

3.) Search by the Business Name

4.) Click the check box next to the merchant name and then click the mail icon in the top right.
