1.) Login to MX Connect Portal
Username: [email protected] Password: Charlotte123456789!
2.) Search MID - Must click on Go to Merchant

3.) Click on MX Merchant Tab

4.) Click on the Users Tab

5.) Click on the Email Address for the user login you wish to resend and click on the mail or airplane icon. It will either say Welcome Email or Reset Password depending on if the merchant has ever logged in or not.

We do not have access to resend customer portal emails to WP merchants, they must call WP IQ Support directly - 800-472-3164.

1.) Login to Payfac Portal
2.) Search for merchant by business name or MID(Merchant ID Number/BA Number)
