1.) Login to Payfac Portal
2.) Click on Brand in the top right, then click Switch Brand. Select the brand that matches the software listed in SalesForce.(This can be found in multiple places on the accounts SalesForce. Typically I will use the Merchant Services case, under account details, to see the brand).


3.) You should be in the correct brand. You can verify this by the logo in the top left of the screen. From the Merchant List view, click create account.

4.) Fill out the Create Account information using the information listed on the left side of the
Payments Onboarding case type.

5.) When you have confirmed everything is filled out and matches, click Save account. This will bring you back to the general Merchant List page for the Brand. Search your new accounts business name and click into it.

6.) On their Profile page, go to Transaction rates and click the edit icon in the top right of that section.
