Before you can send a new customer application, you must figure out which partner the customer is going with.

  1. Open the Payments Onboarding Case and scroll down the left side of your page to Opportunity Details.

Look specifically at the In-Store Processor and Online Processor. These should be the same and this will indicate which Partner application the customer is needing.
