In the payment portal, you can identify Stripe Accounts by seeing the “S” logo in the processor column and by their MID starting with “acct_”
Attaching the MIDs to the case is the same process as Adyen accounts for accounts in the payment portal and in Salesforce. For Rain software brands, however, more effort may be required.
If you need to find the MID for an account that isn’t in Salesforce, or confirm the MID for a software account, you can do so by logging into the Rain software. Once logged in, navigate to Admin Settings and click Edit on the line for Store Defaults, On this page, you can see the Stripe MID tied to that software account.
