Software Versions -

1.) Login to IQ Portal

Username is personal to you

2.)Click on Partner to the left, and then click on Launchpad

3.) This will bring you to a new window, click on 10031.

4.) You should now be in the LaunchPad Dashboard. Click on Create New in the top right corner and click New Merchant Quote.

5.) You should now be in a new application. Please fill out the below fields before clicking Next: Business Details

• Company Name - DBA name
• Payment Solution - This is the software version, please refer to the chart at the start of this section and the SalesForce account.
• Number of Lanes - Refer to Salesforce for pinpad/license count
• Merchant Contact - The primary contact listed on the account for the merchant

Note: If you cannot click next it means a required * field is not filled out.

6.) Fill out rough estimates for the merchants Business Details. They can edit this field later if they wish.

7.) Click next to Quote Options. Fill out the below fields:

• Credit Products Pricing Types: Select this correct pricing model
• American Express Program: Always OptBlue
• Pin Debit Options: Yes
• EBT: If listed on the account, or grocery/convenience store type business click yes
• Contact Term: Always 1 Year

8.) Now you should be on the Pricing Details Page. Fill out the pricing details according to the Sales Force Payments Onboarding case Opportunity Details. Note: Ensure Network and Processor Access Fee is changed to Passthrough and Transaction Risk Fee Settings are changed to No Transaction risk fee.

9.) The next page you will need to click the pencil edit button. It will then populate a new screen, enter the Business Phone Number, and * Percentage of total transactions which were swiped or dipped - Typically 100%. Skip the Bank Details Step.
