Links to utilize:

- Payment Brand (ie. POSIM)
- Confirm the brand
- Environment: for clients always choose Live.
- Account Name: same as in Salesforce.
- MCC: This should correlate with the Industry fields on the Salesforce account page. If in doubt, or not filled in, you can look up the business online to see what they sell
- External Account ID: This should match the Previous CRM Account ID (if a duplicate exists, use the 18 Digit Account ID instead)
- Country: Found in the Billing Address on the Salesforce Account page.
- User Contact Information: First and Last name, and email all come from the Salesforce Case. The External User ID can be combined with the First and Last names.
- Salesforce Opportunity ID: Found on the Salesforce Case and needs to be copied into the Profile page. This will link the Salesforce Case to the Portal account to share data.
- Transaction rates: Found in the Salesforce Case, and if different than the Transaction Rates on the Profile, request they be updated via slack channel #cx-payments-requests. Example Format:
Rate Change Needed: “Account Name” (”Brand”, “6. External Account ID”)
