🔐 1. Login to Till Portal
Offer Status Options
- Customer Completing - Customer has begun filling out the application, NOT yet submitted.
- Welcome Screen - Customer has not touched application yet, but it has been sent
- RFI - Application has been submitted and underwriting is reviewing
- On Hold - Underwriting needs more information to approve (Restricted)
- Approved - Account approved and VAR should arrive shortly
On Hold
- Click into the application
- Click Offer ➡️ Notes & Files ➡️ Offer Notes
- This will tell you what is needed from Underwriting to get the account approved

- Once you have the requested information click on the ➕ symbol for offer files, upload files, and then click the ➕ symbol under offer notes and notate the information/updated files.
- Check Notify the Verifier and Notify Me on Reply ONLY
- Click Create

Note - Under the Communications tab you can see and resend email communications directly from Till underwriting. This contains a link for the merchant to directly upload requested information as well if desired.

Upon Approval - a VAR will typically be sent to payments support in 24-48 hours. Once they have that VAR they will tag Onboarder Assigned in a slack to let you know. That VAR will have the MID on it and then you can manually create the MID in SF and close out your onboarding case
