Use these steps when merchants cannot process payments through eTailPet Payments (Adyen).
Have the merchant log in to their Point of Sale
Click the Profile Icon β Settings
You should now be in the Details tab
Look for the ETAILPET logo
If visible β click the Register Domain (green button)
Confirm βYesβ when asked:
Are you sure you want to register your domain in eTailPet Payments (Adyen)?
Have the merchant try a new transaction
If the Register Domain button is missing or the logo is not ETAILPET, continue below.
If a different processor is selected:
Still inside Settings
Go to the Stores tab
Click Edit on the store being troubleshot
Scroll to Payment Settings
Under Accept Credit/Debit Card Payments Using:
β Select eTailPet Payments (Adyen)
Click Reconnect
