Use these steps when merchants cannot process payments through eTailPet Payments (Adyen).


🏁 1. Verify the Processor + Register the Domain

  1. Have the merchant log in to their Point of Sale

  2. Click the Profile Icon β†’ Settings

  3. You should now be in the Details tab

  4. Look for the ETAILPET logo

  5. If visible β†’ click the Register Domain (green button)

  6. Confirm β€œYes” when asked:

    Are you sure you want to register your domain in eTailPet Payments (Adyen)?

  7. Have the merchant try a new transaction

If the Register Domain button is missing or the logo is not ETAILPET, continue below.


πŸ”„ 2. Fix Wrong Processor Setting (Not Using Adyen)

If a different processor is selected:

  1. Still inside Settings

  2. Go to the Stores tab

  3. Click Edit on the store being troubleshot

  4. Scroll to Payment Settings

  5. Under Accept Credit/Debit Card Payments Using:

    β†’ Select eTailPet Payments (Adyen)

  6. Click Reconnect
