At Quilt, a key area of focus is our Payments services. While we primarily promote our in-house PayFac offering across most industries, we also maintain select relationships with external processors when appropriate. In every case, we work closely with our merchants to help them navigate and resolve payment-related challenges at varying levels of complexity.
This “Playbook” serves as a comprehensive guide to our payment-related policies, procedures, and resources, covering both our PayFac platform and third-party processor partnerships. As a living document, it will evolve over time, with updates and additions made as needed.
