During the life of an business account relationship with us, there may be times when information for the business will need to be updated, changing from a sole prop to a corporation as the business grows, or the need to update the bank account information where we make the payout deposits. Below you will find information and links to assist you with making these requested updates and changes.
The profile page is accessible to all super users and also to our business owners that have the administration permission on their profile. This allows access to be able to update account information for this merchant account.
If there is changes that need to be made to the Tax ID, or a change to the ownership, the change of ownership process will need to be followed.

The account information section is only viewable to user ID’s that have Support Specialist access.
On this section the Account name, time zone, MCC, Sweep Settings, EBT Location ID, and the Salesforce Opportunity ID is available to be changed.

The Transaction Rates section is viewable by all roles and users permissions. These rates are agreed upon during the contract negotiation of a new business relationship.
These rates are what the merchant is paying on each transaction that we process for their business.
