Summary

This error is shown when the authorization token for a device is no longer valid. To resolve this, follow the instructions below:

• Close the Quilt app
• Unpair the terminal (make sure that if you unpair it from Rain software, you also check to make sure it’s been unpaired from the Payment Portal)
• Clear local storage
• Open the Quilt app
• Repair the terminal with a new code
