Summary

If the terminal gets stuck on the Date/Time setting, it is likely due to the time being off. The time on the P5 must be within 60 seconds of their time zone so have the merchant check that the time on the terminal and the time on their phone matches down to the minute.

To resolve this, follow the instructions below:

  1. Close the app by tapping the four corners one at a time sequentially (left-bottom, left-top, right-top, right-bottom)
  2. This should bring you to a Config screen. Press the ‘Close Application’ button
  3. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen towards the top to bring up the app list
  4. Click on Settings
  5. Click on System
  6. Click on Date & time
  7. Uncheck ‘Use network-provided time’
  8. Uncheck ‘Use network-provided time zone’
  9. Click on Time zone and select the appropriate region and time zone

Then proceed back and click on the Quilt App
