This step-by-step guide that outlines the 5 core “milestones” to implement the PayFac into one of the Quilt subsidiaries. The intent is to provide stakeholders at each company with a roadmap of everything that’s needed to go live. It’s a living document which means the pages are subject to change and some information may be missing or added later.
This document is managed by Ty Clement. If content is missing or if you have a question about something you’ve read, please feel free to reach out. If you have any other questions, please direct them to the Quilt Payments team.
This call should be set with stakeholders from your company to establish key metrics like: timelines, feature requirements, available resources, and other important details to ensure a smooth launch.
After the Kick-Off Call, all participants should receive a follow-up email with next steps.
